Success, for me, has always been rooted in happiness, balance, family, and helping others achieve success. This foundation has shaped every step of my journey, from my time in the research lab to my career as an account manager and, eventually, into coaching and consulting for business leaders.

While working as an account manager in the scientific industry, I thrived by providing expertise that helped clients achieve better results and streamline their processes. My success was never about sales numbers—it was about celebrating the success of my customers. One pivotal moment came when I created an epic spreadsheet to track sales in my territory (yes, pre-Salesforce). This simple solution expanded nationally, and it was a turning point in my understanding of how clear processes and systems can drive business growth.

However, I wasn’t immune to the challenges that often come with growth. I faced clunky processes, the absence of structure, and countless tasks slipping through the cracks. But these challenges helped me develop a deep understanding of the barriers businesses face—and the solutions that can break them down.

One of the proudest moments of my career came when I transitioned from a successful 12-year sales career to supporting small businesses as an Operations Strategist. I left behind a high-paying job to focus on my family when our daughter had medical needs. This sacrifice laid the foundation for a more fulfilling career that allowed me to coach business leaders and help them reach their full potential. I had the privilege of creating content and coaching masterminds.

Today, my mission is clear: I help business leaders gain clarity, direction, and a concrete plan for success. Through strategic mapping and coaching, I guide them to streamline their operations, optimize systems, and focus on the right actions to bring their vision to life.

As a proud mother of two competitive swimmers, married to a Québécois husband, and fluent in Dutch, English, and learning French, my personal experiences have taught me the value of balance. I believe that this approach to life and business fosters a sustainable path to success. Whether we’re camping or traveling across Canada and Europe to connect with family, my life experiences influence how I approach business—helping my clients find both success and balance in their own ventures.
